How Nadi astrology works
One thumb impression opens the right bundles. Yes-or-no questions find the one leaf that is yours. Then it is read, chapter by chapter.

Men give the right thumb, women the left. In person it is pressed on paper; online, you send a clear photo on WhatsApp. That is the only thing we take from you.
No details, ever
We do not ask your name, date of birth, birth star, parents' names or anything about your life before the search. A reader who asks is not reading a leaf.
The bundles are searched
Your thumb pattern belongs to a family of leaves. Guruji brings those bundles and reads each leaf's statements aloud, one by one.
You answer only yes or no
"Are you the eldest child?" "Is your father's name of three letters?" Every wrong answer closes that leaf. Your name, your parents' names, your work — they come out of the leaf, never from you.
Your leaf is found, or it is not
When every statement on a leaf is true, it is yours, and the reading begins from the General Kandam. If it is not found, the sitting ends there and nothing is charged.
The thumb impression
Men give the right thumb, women the left. The print is classified by its pattern — the tradition names over a hundred types built from whorls, loops and their combinations. Each type is matched to a set of bundles in the reading room. The thumb does not name you; it narrows the search from thousands of leaves to a few bundles.
The bundles and the leaves
Each bundle (கட்டு) holds palm leaves inscribed in old poetic Tamil. Every leaf describes one person: their name in a coded form, the names of their parents, the number of siblings, the profession, the marital state — and then the life ahead. The leaves in Guruji's reading room were gathered by his family over four generations.
Yes or no
Guruji reads a statement from a leaf and asks whether it is true. "The father's name begins with a letter from the Ka group." "There are two elder sisters." A no closes the leaf; the next is read. This is slow, and it is meant to be — the slowness is what makes the result trustworthy. When every statement is true, the leaf is yours, and it will have named you and your parents before you have said a word.
The kandams
Once your leaf is found, the General Kandam is read: the overview of your life from today forward. The remaining kandams each open one area — marriage, career, health, children, wealth — and are read at your choice, at fees told to you first. What each kandam covers →
If the leaf is not found
It happens. Not every person's leaf is in every reading room, and some leaves have not survived. An authentic reader says so, and there is no charge. The one thing a real reader never does is read from a leaf that was not confirmed.
